Regional Manager

Elizabeth Kirkpatrick is a dynamic professional who currently serves as the Regional Operations Manager for the Artisan Apartment Communities, which is managed by Franklin Companies.  The Artisan Portfolio includes tax credit and affordable housing communities with approximately 2,400 units throughout Texas.  In her role, Ms. Kirkpatrick is responsible for the daily operations as well as compliance oversight. 

Ms. Kirkpatrick is uniquely gifted in her ability to deliver performance aligned with corporate goals while addressing the needs of her on-site operations and management staff.  Ms. Kirkpatrick embraces the customer service culture that is a hallmark of Franklin Companies, and this commitment informs her leadership style.  Ms. Kirkpatrick views her position as Regional Operations Manager as “top cover” for an empowered on-site management staff whom she actively mentors and develops in the areas of leadership and conflict resolution.  This intentional leadership development cultivates a spirit of excellence that is dedicated to service at the point of need.  It is this culture that differentiates the Franklin Companies, making the company a preferred partner of residents, properties, and municipalities, as well as investors.

Under Ms. Kirkpatrick’s leadership, the Artisan Portfolio has dramatically increased its net operating income and occupancy, and collections have increased to historic highs.  Ms. Kirkpatrick anticipates continued profitable growth in the Artisan Portfolio, building on a legacy of success and continued process improvement that holds efficient resource utilization paramount. 

Prior to joining Franklin Companies, Ms. Kirkpatrick focused on multifamily properties as well as military housing privatization projects in her role as Investment Manager at Pinnacle, the nation’s largest third-party fee manager.  Ms. Kirkpatrick is a Certified Property Manager (CPM), a Certified Defense Privatization Manager (CDPM II), and holds a Bachelors degree in Business Management from Southwestern University.
