Randy Sinclair is a seasoned executive with over 25 years of financial audit and accounting experience including fifteen years as either the controller or chief financial officer for multiple firms within the senior living and health care sectors. Mr. Sinclair currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Franklin Companies. Mr. Sinclair joined the company in 2008 and is responsible for financial management and reporting, as well as communicating pertinent financial analysis with key stakeholders including senior management, employees and investors.
Mr. Sinclair possesses a keen understanding of the firm’s accounting structure and this insight guides his approach to financial management. Mr. Sinclair leads his team with an attention to process improvement, and he reinforces the importance of process with his staff continually. During his tenure, Franklin Companies has minimized bottlenecks in the reporting process resulting in a 50% reduction in the companies’ reporting time to auditors. Significant review of the accounting process has also resulted in improved payables collections and cash flow for Franklin Apartment Management.
Mr. Sinclair’s leadership style is one of instruction and mentorship that focuses on staff development through lessons learned along the way.
